Terms of Use

This section contains documents that regulate interaction between you and the DigiExtent services.  When these documents refer to DigiExent that means DigiExtent and its affiliated entities. 

The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and for what reasons, how we use it, and how to review and update it. It is general for all Services unless there is a specific privacy for such a Service.  

Terms of a particular Service below describes the rules you agree to when using the Services. They don’t create any legal rights or benefits for other people or legal entities. DigiExtent is entitled to update the Terms with a reasonable advance notice except for legal, regulatory, or security reasons. DigiExtent provides you with an opportunity to use the Services. However, it retains all intellectual property rights in respect of the Services. Some Services may let you upload, submit, store, send, receive, or share your own content, and in this case, you provide DigiExtent with the non-exclusive and royalty-free license necessary to deliver the Services. If you choose to upload or share your content, you guarantee that you have the necessary rights to do so and that the content is lawful.
